Meet our little rascal Shorty. He is a pint-sized bundle of personality full of cuddles, mischief, cheekiness and love. Our little guy is just past puppy stage and, with some basic manners already under his belt, he is ready to find his perfect home.
Shorty is an adorable mix of confidence and shyness. He is still learning about the world around him and can become overwhelmed in new situations and around a lot of strangers. Give him a little space and some encouragement and he soon comes around. That's when you see mr confident. He likes to pretend he's the big guy on the block around other dogs but will happily play once he know's they aren't a threat. He doesn't need dogy friends though when he has his humans to get his love and fun from.
Shorty doesn't want a home with young children. He isn't their toy and doesn't like their fast movements and high voices. Shorty shouldn't live with cats, chooks or pocket pets. He likes small fast moving creatures too much to leave them be. Shorty doesn't want to be home alone all day every day. A compatible doggy companion is a reasonable compromise but he'd prefer to be with his humans as much as possible. Shorty isn't the dog for an elderly person. Although he can be great company he is so young he needs more active and youthful humans.
