AK3564/AK3565/AK3566 - Halia/Kiwa/Pania

Please don’t be scared we were given strong deity names after the gods and goddess of the sun and water to keep us strong and we promise not to shout, “Off with your heads”, we really are the sweetest things!

So, I will do the talking as I am the biggest, my name is Halia. I am the cute fluffy butt in the dapper black and white all-in-one jumpsuit, I am a very trendy young lady. Then we have my beautiful brother and sister Kiwa and Pania, just as cute and trendy I hear you say and yes you would be correct, we are the complete package when it comes to looks, cuteness and personality.

Puuurfect I hear you say, they will make the purrfect accessory to any room, we are more than happy to keep you company while you relax, play computer games, watch TV, keep you warm on a cold winter’s night or a hot summers night for that matter, our cuddles won't change with the seasons! We will happily join you for meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, in fact we insist on joining you for all meals. You never know when you will need our help with cleaning the dishes or getting rid of those nasty leftovers that take up sooooo much room in your fridge!

We live in a house with numerous other cats and kittens. We also live in a house with three boisterous young boys who we also love and adore to be around and spend long periods of time playing with them or just being spoilt by them. As you can imagine noise is also not issue for us, we're practically bomb proof!

We are typical kittens who love to play and get up to mischief, so if you have room in your hearts and homes for us we are waiting.

We are of course the perfect house guests and use our litter boxes. We are very easy going where food is concerned, we love anything and everything! If you're wanting one...or more...confident little fur babies in your home, then we'd be happy to accommodate!

Adoption Fee: $125 each (or $225 for a pair) reduced adoption fee due to the risk of Feline Infectious Peritonitis

State: WA

Gender: Male
Coat: Short
Age: 5/2/19
Type: Kitten
Microchip Number: On File
Heartworm Treated
Medical Notes: Kiwa, Pania and Halia were exposed to Ringworm, a common fungal infection, and Calicivirus, a respiratory infection. They did not show symptoms and were given the all clear by the vet. A kitten from Pania, Helia & Kiwa’s foster home likely developed Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). FIP is a genetic mutation of a common feline infection called Feline Coronavirus. It is not known why some cats develop FIP and others do not, however there are a number of factors including a genetic predisposition. There is no treatment for FIP, the disease is fatal. Dogs and humans are not at risk of transmission of this condition. There is no way to know whether any of the other fosters in the home will develop it, but after the age of 18 months old, the chances of developing it decreases significantly. Pania, Helia & Kiwa could be shedding the virus and could pass it onto other cats they comes into contact with, and they are then also at risk of developing FIP, so they need to go to a home with no with other cats under the age of 18 months until they are above this age. They also need to be inside only to not come into contact with other cats until they reach 18 months of age. However, they can be rehomed with another cat or kitten from their current foster home as they have the same risk. We are asking for reduced adoption fees due to the small risk of Pania, Helia or Kiwa also developing FIP due to integration with the affected kitten.
