Rango foster to adopt

SWEET SHEPHERD RANGO IS LOOKING FOR A FOSTER TO ADOPT HOME

This sweet boy has a few more months of rehab to finish up. We would like to get him into a forever home with our full medical and financial support so he bonds to his new family during his rehab. This poor boy has mild hip dysplasia although there are no effects currently. He had a broken R femur repaired while in the pound, he will need a very dedicated and loving home.

We are on the search for this neglected boys new family. Preferably someone home with him so they can assist the gentle rehab and care. No dogs, cats or pocket pets etc. We would prefer no small children as the rehab is a gentle ongoing process. Older kids are completely fine.

Do you want to give Rango his second chance????

RANGO’S story: Unfortunately Rangos story is a rather unpleasant one. Rango was roaming and found just before midnight when he was hit by a car. His owner was not interested in providing any care for him even though his back leg was obviously broken.
After 5 days with his leg still broken and a messy surrender process RSPCA Sydney had a surgeon pin and plate his femur. Poor Rango is full of love and cuddles and energy. The shelter environment is not at all ideal to heal a broken leg as well as the general concern of a young shepherd being confined in a kennel environment for the 8 week rehab process.

Due to our ongoing commitment to orthopedic care in our favorite breed rango has been sent down to us for ongoing care and rehabilitation.

A big thank you to RSPCA sydney for doing the amazing work they do and organizing the flights to bring him into care.
Thank you ania for the airport pickup drive…. i think you were repayed with cuddles and licks.

Lets get this boy into a home to be spoilt beyond belief
