Ada & Kara

Kara and Ada are two peas in a pod who have found themselves in foster care through no fault of their own. Ada was in care with Safe Haven when she was a kitten, and was adopted into a home who had adopted Kara from a different shelter. The two were in a loving home together for the next few years, before they were unfortunately surrendered to Safe Haven. Once these two entered into care, it was clear that they had bonded with each other, and we made the decision that they need to go to their forever home together. Even though this decision means it would be a little harder than normal to find them a home, seeing these two together makes it worth it.

Ada (Torti) is a fiery bundle of energy, who will turn anything she can get her paws onto into a toy. She is fearless when it comes to new environment and she bounces and pounces all over the place, before finding the nearest available lap to curl up on, purring as loudly as possible. She is desperate for love and attention, and does everything she can to make Kara feel relaxed.

Kara (Tabby) is a talkative sweetheart, who is a bit more reserved than her soul sister Ada. She loves to sit with her humans on the couch, and especially loves belly rubs. It takes a little bit more time for Kara to feel comfortable in new environments, but once she comes out of her shell (with the help of Ada) she is just as playful.

Once you see these two together, you will fall in love. They are both so sweet and loving, and deserve a forever home who will give them the love and attention they crave. They are cat, dog and child friendly all with the proper introductions, and will bring so much joy and happiness to the lucky people who adopt them. Their fee is only $120
