Edam

Meet Edam. He is very smart and took quickly to toilet training and basic commands; he knows how to sit and wait (even for dinner!). He is very inquisitive and likes to always know what is going on, from mirrors to washing machines, he finds life fascinating. He has even learnt to walk himself, carrying around his own leash!
He loves to play with other dogs and sun bake in the garden. He is good with kids & loves meeting new people, especially anyone to play fetch with! He is still working on the 'bringing back' part but that is half the fun!

Edam is a quick runner and loves to scoot around the yard & house, but you will often find him curled up on the couch taking a siesta or two.
Edam would love a home where he can spend hours running & follow up with an afternoon of cuddles and then retire for the day on a comfy bed! He is a loyal puppy who is sure to give his forever home years of love.

Adoption Details: ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. To meet, adopt or find out more details on this animal, please fill in our adoption application at our website- http://www.safehavenanimalrescueinc.com Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt. 2. Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend bringing your current dog/cat as this may stress the feline out. 3. The animal cannot be taken on the day unless prior arranged (over 2 hr round trip), and the adoption agreement and payment must be made before collection of the animal. 4. Once collected, the 10 day settling period begins, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care into a suitable foster home. The adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after this trial period there will be no refund made. 5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork, including the Change of Microchip Details form, is sent via email. We endeavour to respond to your email within 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
