Bailee is a loving, protective and beautiful hearted girl with a gorgeous head turn. With a lot of love and the attention she adores, Bailee will made an amazing and incredibly loyal companion to someone special who is willing to provide her with a wonderful life. Bailee will require loving parents who enjoy lots of cuddles and lots of love coming their way, as Bailee will remain by your side at all times when you are home (or on your lap when it is not play time). She adores cuddles, kisses (if you say "Give me a kiss" she will kiss you on the cheek), lots of love and good food. Bailee is happy as long as she is near you, or touching you.
Bailee had little to no training prior to entering foster care but can now sit with both verbal and non‑verbal sit commands, shake, waits for her food, gentle when giving her special little treats when you say "Gentle", does the No. 1's on command and "On your bed". Bailee loves to go for walks and walks wonderfully on her lead but will need a harness as she coughs a lot with throat leads (her soft bellied harness will be supplied with her). A harness also helps her with control and stability.
Bailee is more than happy to be the only dog, the centre of attention but should be happy enough with a desexed male dog that is preferably the same size if not larger than her. She tries her luck occasionally with other dogs and so a dog that can pop her back in her place is probably for the best. No smaller dogs. Bailee has been tested with cats and she does not like them, so please no cats.
In terms of play, Bailee has gone from not playing at all to ball obsessed She loves to play catch and play tug-of-war with her ball. When you say "Get your ball", she knows exactly what to do!
If you are looking for an amazingly beautiful, smart, loyal and loving resident toilet door guard dog, Bailee is your gal!
