Sam is a sweet, beautiful boy who doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He loves to spend his days playing either on his own with his favourite lion toy or with his fur brother and then sleeping the afternoon away on the windowsill in the sunshine. This big green-eyed boy is so super flexible he puts a slinky to shame. He came into care with his brother, Shelby, as a very shy guy who would only hangout under the furniture, but now he loves chin and ear scratches and demands attention with head bumps.
He loves his food and is not a fussy eater, wet food at night and biscuits during the day. He gets along well with other cats and hasn’t met any dogs yet. Loud noises and strangers make him run and hide so a slow introduction to little children will be needed as he is only used to adults and teenagers. Sam’s nose is pink so it’s best if he remains to be an indoor kitty to protect him from skin cancer.
Sam loves to sleep on the bed beside you and when you get home runs up to say hello. Sam really wants to be your BFF he just needs someone who is willing to put in a little effort and show patience with earning his trust, but once he does there’s no stopping his purring affection.
